En este caso con lastre, al que hemos a\u00f1adido la goma en la cadera para activar mucho m\u00e1s el gl\u00fateo\u00bb.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><br \/>\nEl deporte que m\u00e1s he practicado siempre ha sido el tenis, pero lo dej\u00e9 al comenzar la universidad&#8230; Y sinceramente, lo echo much\u00edsimo de menos!!!!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s del tenis y hace un par de a\u00f1os, comenc\u00e9 a entrenar en ONE Centros de Entrenamiento Personal, con \u00c1ngel como trainer (Licenciado en Ciencias de la Actividad F\u00edsica y el Deporte. Entrenador Nacional de Tenis. Crossfit Trainer L1) y ahora, \u00a1he vuelto a retomarlo! \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\nCada ejercicio que hac\u00edamos (y hacemos), cada rutina, era distinta y muy divertida, a la par que dura!!! Es un b\u00e1sico para trabajar el gl\u00fateo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No es cuesti\u00f3n \u00fanicamente de perder peso para aquellos que m\u00e1s lo deseen, si no de acostumbrar al cuerpo y la mente a una rutina sana que agradeces enormemente a largo plazo. Yo siempre digo que \u00abel cuerpo tiene memoria\u00bb y tanto si has practicado ejercicio anteriormente como si no, todo lo que desarrolles en el futuro estar\u00e1 condicionado por un estilo de vida adquirido anteriormente.
