Esto es muy importante, aunque parezca que no. Si est\u00e1is perdiendo peso os tendr\u00e9is que pesar en la misma b\u00e1scula puesto que en cada b\u00e1scula pod\u00e9is pesar de forma distinta, e incluso en una misma b\u00e1scula, dependiendo del sitio de casa donde la pongamos puede pesarnos distinto, esto se debe a que no est\u00e1n exactamente igual calibradas, al suelo donde se encuentre\u2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo ideal es pesarse una vez a la semana para poder apreciar ese cambio de peso que andamos buscando, si nos pesamos todos los d\u00edas o cada dos horas pode so llegar a desesperarnos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el metro me mide<strong> tripa, muslo y cadera<\/strong> para comprobar la p\u00e9rdida de cent\u00edmetros y por tanto de volumen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El adipometro es una especie de pinza con dos brazos con los que se cogen los pliegues corporales, y con una escala de medici\u00f3n. Esa pinza hace presi\u00f3n constante evitando errores humanos. Mide la cantidad de grasa corporal que contiene el organismo, separa el peso del tejido graso de la masa corporal total. Mide le pliegue cut\u00e1neo y al hacerlo en varios puntos se puede calcular el porcentaje de grasa corporales, lo calcula todo con gran exactitud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es la suma de los tres instrumentos lo que hace que <a href=\"http:\/\/oneentrenamientopersonal.com\/nutricionista\/\">Marina<\/a>, \u00a0decida si esos 15 d\u00edas han sido buenos o no lo han sido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora os voy a hablar un poco de los ejercicios que estoy haciendo!!<\/p>\n<h2>SENTADILLAS<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jCj_-Y27rD4\" width=\"402\" height=\"226\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las sentadillas son un ejercicio muy beneficio y completo, pero hay que realizarlas de manera correcta para evitar lesiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al hacer sentadillas pones en movimiento muchos m\u00fasculos de tu cuerpo: cu\u00e1driceps (parte de enfrente de la pierna) aductores (parte de adentro), gl\u00fateo, femorales (parte de atr\u00e1s de la pierna), pantorrillas y la parte baja de la espalda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al pensar en sentadillas se nos vienen a la cabeza las cl\u00e1sicas pero hay una decena de variantes para este ejercicio, as\u00ed al practicarlas no se cae en la monoton\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy os traigo tres ejemplos de sentadillas:<\/p>\n<p>1.- <strong>GLOBET SQUAT<\/strong>: La sentadilla goblet es una variante de la sentadilla convencional que usa para su ejecuci\u00f3n o una mancuerna o una kettlebell. Para realizarla correctamente hacemos una sentadilla cl\u00e1sica y la mancuerna la sujetamos con ambas manos, al bajar se mete entre las piernas. Pecho, cabeza y espalda rectos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WjGRPAfZUk0\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>2.- <strong>SENTADILLA ISOMETRICA<\/strong>: Consiste en permanecer en la posici\u00f3n inicial durante 15 segundos y a continuaci\u00f3n hacer una repetici\u00f3n de 15 sentadillas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9AGrk1OcIGg\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n3.-<strong> SENTADILLA CL\u00c1SICA:<\/strong> Ejercicio perfecto para realizar en cualquier lugar.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bfC\u00d3MO ejecutarla de forma correcta?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1\u2013 El peso del cuerpo cae sobre los talones<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2\u2013 Las piernas permanecen ligeramente separadas ( no existe una separaci\u00f3n ideal, un m\u00e9todo para encontrar el adecuado es dar un salto y con la separaci\u00f3n de piernas que termines de nuevo en el suelo ejecutar la sentadilla)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3\u2013 Los pies deben estar posicionados hacia fuera<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4\u2013 Al realizar la sentadillas las rodillas estar\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n hacia fuera<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5\u2013 La columna debe permanecer recta Os muestro en este ultimo video mi propio ejemplo, como pod\u00e9is comprobar mi carro ( con mi enana dentro) siempre va conmigo<\/p>\n<p><strong>A SEGUIR ENTREN\u00c1NDOSE!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aprovecho para dejarte un par de recetas super sanas!!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/oneentrenamientopersonal.com\/blog\/tortitas-saludables\/\">Tortitas saludables\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/oneentrenamientopersonal.com\/blog\/receta-desayuno-con-quinoa\/\">Desayuno con Quinoa\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bel\u00e9n nos sigue contando como est\u00e1 consiguiendo su reto!
