Esta zona suele estar cubierta por un alto porcentaje de grasa (los michelines) que, por muchos abdominales que hagamos, no va a hacerse invisible. Es decir, podemos tener un abdomen muy fuerte pero rodeado de grasa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicho esto, debemos ser conscientes de que nuestro objetivo pasa a ser deshacernos de esa capa de grasa que esconde nuestro abdomen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-3770\" src=\"https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/IMG_5196-1024x747.jpg\" alt=\"LandMine\" width=\"645\" height=\"471\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">En <strong><span style=\"color: #a3e547;\">ONE<\/span><\/strong> trabajamos todo el cuerpo en cada sesi\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer eso? &nbsp;<\/strong>Mediante un entrenamiento correcto y una buena dieta. Chicas:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00c9;\">\u00a1Los abdominales se consiguen en casa!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando nos encontramos en un periodo de dieta de d\u00e9ficit cal\u00f3rico, un entrenamiento de fuerza bien planteado nos ayuda a no perder demasiada masa muscular. Pero \u00a1ojo! Este <a href=\"https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/blog\/diferencia-one\/\">entrenamiento<\/a> debe estar planteado y supervisado por <a href=\"https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/blog\/diferencia-one\/\">profesionales <\/a>ya que es f\u00e1cil cometer el error de sobreentrenar la musculatura y perder masa adem\u00e1s la dieta debe contener, a menos, el m\u00ednimo de prote\u00ednas recomendado en cada caso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-3786\" src=\"https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/IMG_5151-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Ejercicio accesorio Gl\u00fateo\" width=\"646\" height=\"485\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un error com\u00fan que cometemos al querer definir nuestro abdomen es pasarnos con el <strong>cardio<\/strong>. Hacer sesiones de cardio en exceso hace que nuestro organismo se adapte y cada vez sea m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil perder grasa corporal con ese m\u00e9todo en las etapas de definici\u00f3n. La forma id\u00f3nea de hacer ejercicio cardiovascular para conseguir este objetivo es haciendo <a href=\"https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/blog\/pesas-y-mujeres\/\">entrenamientos de fuerza <\/a>\u201cr\u00e1pidos\u201d y\/o entrenamientos de alta intensidad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/187008696?title=0&amp;amp;byline=0\" width=\"460\" height=\"259\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00c9;\">Entrenamiento quemagrasas&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Debemos tener en cuenta que cada persona es completamente diferente y lo que funciona a la perfecci\u00f3n en tu compa\u00f1ero no tiene por qu\u00e9 tener los mismos resultados en tu cuerpo. A pesar de esto, la <strong>zona abdominal<\/strong> suele ser una de las preferidas por la grasa para almacenarse incluso durante una dieta. Hay factores como cambios hormonales, falta de sue\u00f1o, estr\u00e9s o la edad que tienen como consecuencia que la grasa abdominal aparezca con mayor facilidad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-3793\" src=\"https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/IMG_5316-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"Peso Muerto con gomas\" width=\"645\" height=\"363\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No existe la f\u00f3rmula secreta para tener unos abdominales perfectos en un tiempo record, pero tenemos claro que no conseguiremos nada sin una <a href=\"https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/blog\/marcos-historia-superacion\/\">alimentaci\u00f3n adecuada y ejercicio constante<\/a>. Como norma general, tener un abdomen definido es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil para los hombres, como ya hemos hablado en otra publicaci\u00f3n, el tono muscular tiene gran relaci\u00f3n con los niveles de testosterona, que les permite conseguir m\u00e1s masa muscular y, adem\u00e1s, quemar m\u00e1s calor\u00edas durante el ejercicio y durante el descanso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el caso de las mujeres, esta definici\u00f3n abdominal se hace m\u00e1s complicada por un consumo elevado de calor\u00edas o por no saber cuando consumir cada alimento.
