Comemos siguiendo unos criterios y unas pautas que est\u00e1n determinados tanto por nuestros gustos y necesidades, como por las costumbres de nuestra sociedad y cultura. Como todo h\u00e1bito, tendemos a realizarlo de forma <strong>\u201cautom\u00e1tica\u201d<\/strong>, sin reflexionar sobre los aspectos positivos o negativos de nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n y su repercusi\u00f3n en nuestro estado de <strong>salud<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una correcta <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> acompa\u00f1ada de un estilo de <strong>vida saludable<\/strong> es\u00a0la mejor estrategia para prevenir diversas enfermedades, como las de tipo cardiovascular,el c\u00e1ncer, la diabetes y la obesidad entre muchas otras.La alimentaci\u00f3n adem\u00e1s, es una parte vital en el rendimiento deportivo. A menudo se usan como sin\u00f3nimos, y a pesar de tener una gran relaci\u00f3n su significado es muy distinto:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em>: es el acto voluntario por el cual las personas ingerimos alimentos para satisfacer el apetito y el hambre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong>Nutrici\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/em> es el proceso fisiol\u00f3gico e involuntario, que nuestro organismo realiza para capturar los nutrientes que precisa, para poder mantenerse con vida.<br \/>\nNo podemos modificar los procesos de nutrici\u00f3n de forma directa, pero podemos influir sobre ellos a trav\u00e9s de los alimentos que ingerimos siguiendo una dieta equilibrada.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 entendemos por dieta equilibrada?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una dieta equilibrada es aquella que es suficiente en calor\u00edas y nutrientes, adaptada a los gustos y necesidades individuales y variada, incluyendo todos los grupos de alimentos. Las necesidades nutricionales dependen de muchos factores, tales como el sexo, la edad, la actividad f\u00edsica, la composici\u00f3n corporal, los h\u00e1bitos de vida, la gen\u00e9tica\u2026 Cada persona tenemos nuestras necesidades particulares y es por ello que la necesidad de personalizar las dietas es fundamental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Los estudios antropom\u00e9tricos<\/strong> junto con la historia diet\u00e9tica son la mejor herramienta actual para estimar dichas necesidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, vamos a aclarar tambi\u00e9n el concepto de <strong>DIETA<\/strong>. Debemos sacar de nuestra mente la idea de dieta = r\u00e9gimen. Nuestro objetivo no debe ser realizar una \u201cdieta\u201d estricta, de una duraci\u00f3n determinada y una vez finalizada regresar a nuestros antiguos h\u00e1bitos. Debemos entender la dieta como un cambio de vida, donde vamos a aprender qu\u00e9 es lo que necesita nuestro cuerpo, y vamos a aprender a d\u00e1rselo.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #99cc33;\">Vamos a aprender a convertir la alimentaci\u00f3n saludable en un h\u00e1bito, en algo autom\u00e1tico e inconsciente.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La alimentaci\u00f3n es una parte esencial en nuestras vidas.
