{"id":625,"date":"2015-03-18T08:30:12","date_gmt":"2015-03-18T07:30:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/oneentrenamientopersonal.com\/?p=625"},"modified":"2016-08-11T16:08:51","modified_gmt":"2016-08-11T14:08:51","slug":"antropometria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/blog\/antropometria\/","title":{"rendered":"Antropometr\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Esta semana vamos a resolver una de las dudas que muchos de vosotros hab\u00e9is planteado:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es exactamente la <strong>\u201cAntropometr\u00eda\u00bb<\/strong>?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pues bien, la <strong>antropometr\u00eda<\/strong> se define como la ciencia que se ocupa de las mediciones comparativas del cuerpo humano, sus diferentes partes, y sus proporciones. La antropometr\u00eda es una ciencia muy antigua, es una disciplina que trata sobre el tama\u00f1o, la forma y la composici\u00f3n del cuerpo humano y c\u00f3mo el entrenamiento o su ausencia, la alimentaci\u00f3n, el crecimiento en ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, la raza y otras cuestiones modifican aquellos par\u00e1metros.<br \/>\nEs \u00fatil para monitorear cambios producidos en la estructura corporal, establecer par\u00e1metros normales de crecimiento y para seguir la evoluci\u00f3n de un deportista o un participante de un programa de fitness o acondicionamiento f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bfA qu\u00e9 nos referimos con COMPOSICI\u00d3N CORPORAL?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La composici\u00f3n corporal es la suma de los distintos tejidos y sistemas que forman parte del organismo humano, es decir:<br \/>\n-Huesos<br \/>\n-M\u00fasculo<br \/>\n-Grasa<br \/>\n-V\u00edsceras<br \/>\n-Agua<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El estudio de la composici\u00f3n corporal nos permite realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n nutricional dividiendo el cuerpo en dos niveles: la masa grasa y la masa libre de grasa, o masa magra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tradicionalmente se utiliza el <strong>IMC<\/strong> para evaluar estos par\u00e1metros. El IMC es la relaci\u00f3n entre el peso y la altura; si bien es cierto que en muchas ocasiones su utilizaci\u00f3n puede ser muy \u00fatil en muchas otras no es suficiente. <strong><span style=\"color: #99cc33;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la raz\u00f3n?<\/span><\/strong> El IMC no distingue si los kg de peso son de grasa o de m\u00fasculo, y es por ello que es necesario conocer la composici\u00f3n corporal m\u00e1s a fondo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las t\u00e9cnicas de estudio antropom\u00e9trico nos permiten establecer el porcentaje deseable de grasa y de masa muscular, calcular nuestro somatotipo, definir la forma corporal, establecer par\u00e1metros ideales para distintas disciplinas deportivas (por ejemplo el peso ideal para un gimnasta, la grasa subcut\u00e1nea ideal para un nadador\u2026) o los \u00edndices saludables como por ejemplo, la relaci\u00f3n entre el contorno de la cintura y la cadera que nos da informaci\u00f3n sobre el riesgo cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay diversas maneras de estudiar la composici\u00f3n corporal, como por ejemplo la bioimpedancia de la que hablaremos en otra ocasi\u00f3n, pero la antropometr\u00eda presenta una serie de ventajas:<br \/>\nEs r\u00e1pida, es sencilla, no es una t\u00e9cnica invasiva en el cuerpo, es barata y es precisa.<br \/>\nSe pueden tomar casi tantas mediciones antropom\u00e9tricas como puntos anat\u00f3micos tiene el cuerpo, sin embargo los m\u00e1s utilizados por la informaci\u00f3n que nos aportan son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-El peso.<br \/>\n-La altura. El peso por s\u00ed mismo no da ninguna informaci\u00f3n, ya que no es lo mismo pesar 90kg si mido 1,90m o 1,55m<br \/>\n-Los pliegues cut\u00e1neos: Permiten valorar la grasa subcut\u00e1nea, lo que nos permite calcular la masa grasa.<br \/>\n-Los m\u00e1s utilizados son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/oneentrenamientopersonal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-03-03-a-las-16.21.55.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-628 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/oneentrenamientopersonal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-03-03-a-las-16.21.55-300x243.png\" alt=\"Pliegues cutaneos\" width=\"300\" height=\"243\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-03-03-a-las-16.21.55-300x243.png 300w, https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-03-03-a-las-16.21.55-416x337.png 416w, https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-03-03-a-las-16.21.55.png 512w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Circunferencias<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Entre las medidas de las circunferencias las m\u00e1s importantes son la de la cintura y la cadera, que nos dan informaci\u00f3n de donde tiende la grasa a acumularse: si bien en el abdomen o bien en los gl\u00fateos-piernas. La grasa abdominal tiene gran relaci\u00f3n con los accidentes cardiovasculares.<br \/>\nEn conclusi\u00f3n, debemos tener en cuenta que gran parte de nuestro cuerpo es agua, por lo que el peso corporal puede variar mucho dependiendo del balance h\u00eddrico (ingesta-retenci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos) y el contenido del tracto digestivo. El IMC s\u00f3lo es un valor de referencia, y debe ser completado con la informaci\u00f3n de composici\u00f3n corporal.
