Despu\u00e9s del largo ayuno de la noche nuestro cuerpo necesita una buena dosis de energ\u00eda para comenzar el d\u00eda. Numerosos estudios han demostrado que la obesidad es mucho m\u00e1s frecuente entre personas que no desayunan, aunque tambi\u00e9n lo es entre aquellos que no desayunan adecuadamente. Si no rompemos el ayuno con unos nutrientes adecuados, nuestras c\u00e9lulas \u201cpasar\u00e1n hambre\u201d y har\u00e1 que experimentemos mucha mayor sensaci\u00f3n de apetito y de ansiedad para las siguientes comidas.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un buen desayuno?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pues una vez m\u00e1s, la respuesta a esta pregunta es <strong>DEPENDE<\/strong>. Tradicionalmente se considera que el desayuno m\u00e1s equilibrado debe contener: l\u00e1cteos, fruta y cereales. Sin embargo, no todos los cereales son iguales. Los cereales de desayuno son una opci\u00f3n muy desaconsejable para un desayuno saludable por su alto contenido en az\u00facares refinados y en sal (s\u00ed, incluso los cereales tipo Special K no son una buena opci\u00f3n). El tema de los cereales lo trataremos m\u00e1s adelante con m\u00e1s profundidad, pero en la entrada de hoy vamos a presentar a un cereal que no es muy conocido hasta ahora pese a sus numerosos beneficios: la <strong>quinoa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/oneentrenamientopersonal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-05-01-a-las-12.08.11.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-825 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/oneentrenamientopersonal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-05-01-a-las-12.08.11-300x198.png\" alt=\"Quinoa\" width=\"300\" height=\"198\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-05-01-a-las-12.08.11-300x198.png 300w, https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-05-01-a-las-12.08.11-416x275.png 416w, https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-05-01-a-las-12.08.11.png 608w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la quinoa?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La quinoa es un pseudocereal. Es decir, puede consumirse como un cereal, pero en realidad es una semilla. La mayor parte de su energ\u00eda la aporta en forma de carbohidratos complejos, adem\u00e1s posee una cantidad aceptable de prote\u00ednas y moderada de grasas. En comparaci\u00f3n con otros cereales, su contenido en grasa es un poco superior, sin embargo estas grasas son en su mayor\u00eda poliinsaturadas, destacando los \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales omega 6 y omega 3.<br \/>\nSu alto contenido en fibra y prote\u00edna hace que su \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico sea bajo, lo que lo convierte en un alimento ideal para diab\u00e9ticos, personas que suelen padecer de estre\u00f1imiento y para ayudarnos a controlar los niveles de colesterol y triglic\u00e9ridos.<br \/>\nContiene una gran cantidad de potasio, magnesio, calcio, f\u00f3sforo, hierro y zinq, as\u00ed como vitaminas del grupo B y E, por lo que es un alimento muy beneficioso para las personas vegetarianas.<br \/>\nPara consumir la quinoa, es fundamental lavar previamente las semillas. Son de tama\u00f1o peque\u00f1o, por lo que un colador nos puede ser de gran utilidad. Hay que lavarlas bien hasta que deje de salir espuma y el agua salga limpia, para asegurarnos que han sido eliminadas todas las saponinas de la cubierta que dar\u00edan un sabor muy amargo.<br \/>\nDespu\u00e9s se hierve, como si fuera arroz, y lista para consumir como m\u00e1s nos guste. Os dejo a continuaci\u00f3n una receta que puede servir para desayunar, para el almuerzo o la merienda seg\u00fan vuestro plan diet\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes para 4 porciones:<\/h3>\n<p>-Taza de quinoa<br \/>\n-Media cucharada de canela molida<br \/>\n-2 tazas de leche desnatada o leche de almendra<br \/>\n-Media taza de agua<br \/>\n-3 cucharadas de Stevia o Panema<br \/>\n-Fruta troceada al gusto<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/oneentrenamientopersonal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-05-01-a-las-12.10.45.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-826 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/oneentrenamientopersonal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-05-01-a-las-12.10.45-300x199.png\" alt=\"Receta de Quinoa \" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-05-01-a-las-12.10.45-300x199.png 300w, https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-05-01-a-las-12.10.45-416x277.png 416w, https:\/\/stronggirlsacademy.com\/centro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-05-01-a-las-12.10.45.png 737w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nHervir la quinoa durante unos 20minutos despu\u00e9s de haberla lavado. Agrega el edulcorante cuando empieza a hervir. Remueve de vez en cuando para que no se pegue. Ver\u00e1s que las bolitas van creciendo seg\u00fan absorben el agua y se descascarillan. Cuando haya hervido la quinoa, a\u00f1ade la leche y la canela y no dejes de remover en un par de minutos. Finalmente s\u00edrvela y a\u00f1ade las frutas al gusto. Con la manzana combina muy bien, pero tambi\u00e9n con fresas, granada, ar\u00e1ndanos o incluso frutos secos.<br \/>\nPara economizar tiempo, puedes hervir la quinoa y dejarla guardada en la nevera para cuando la vayas a consumir.
