La industria y la publicidad han hecho demasiado da\u00f1o en este aspecto, vendi\u00e9ndonos la idea de que para desayunar necesitamos sus magdalenas, galletas, cereales\u2026 Lo cierto es que la industria \u201cdesayunera\u201d no tiene escr\u00fapulos algunos, y nos vende bombas de az\u00facar en forma de cereales o galletas, incluso en aquellos que son vendidos como \u201cfitness\u201d. La boller\u00eda \u201ccasera\u201d a menudo es una opci\u00f3n igual de mala nutricionalmente hablando ya que las harinas y az\u00facares que a menudo solemos encontrar est\u00e1n tan procesados como los que encontramos en la boller\u00eda industrial.<br \/>\nEs por eso que cuando en consulta os digo que nada de cereales de desayuno, o de galletas Mar\u00eda, menos a\u00fan de galletas Digestive, muchos os ech\u00e1is las manos a la cabeza y me dec\u00eds\u2026<a href=\"http:\/\/oneentrenamientopersonal.com\/blog\/receta-desayuno-con-quinoa\/\">Echa un vistazo a nuestro desayuno con Quinoa\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bfY qu\u00e9 desayuno entonces?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si necesit\u00e1ramos productos ultraprocesados para poder alimentarnos probablemente la especie humana se habr\u00eda extinguido hace mucho tiempo. En una sart\u00e9n ligeramente engrasada con aceite de oliva virgen o de girasol alto oleico, se cuajan las tortitas de un lado y del otro.<br \/>\nTener en cuenta que estas tortitas al no tener harina son m\u00e1s fr\u00e1giles que unas tortitas normales, por lo que os recomiendo hacerlas de peque\u00f1o tama\u00f1o para que no se rompan al darles la vuelta. Para darles m\u00e1s sabor podemos a\u00f1adirle canela o miel, seg\u00fan tu plan nutricional.<br \/>\nEste plato es un excelente<strong> desayuno o merienda<\/strong> para tomar <a href=\"http:\/\/oneentrenamientopersonal.com\/blog\/que-comer-antes-y-despues-del-entrenamiento\/\">antes de una sesi\u00f3n de entrenamiento <\/a>y para empezar el d\u00eda con la dosis de energ\u00eda necesaria. Tambi\u00e9n es una opci\u00f3n muy buena en el caso de los que ten\u00e9is ni\u00f1os para acostumbrarlos desde peque\u00f1os a no consumir alimentos procesados y con grandes cantidades de az\u00facar.
